What we collect
When you visit this website, our server records basic visit information: your IP address, an approximate location based on that address (city and state), your device type, browser and operating system, the pages you view, how long you stay, and the website that referred you. We set one cookie to recognize repeat visits.
When you submit a form, we receive the information you enter, such as your name, email, phone number, and message. Our rental pre-qualification form does not ask for Social Security, bank, or ID numbers. If you continue to a full rental application, it is handled by TransUnion SmartMove under its own privacy policy.
If you are a lending partner using a personal portal link, we record when you open the portal and download documents, so we can follow up appropriately.
How we use it

- To keep the site secure and prevent spam
We do not sell your information, and we do not use third-party advertising trackers.
How long we keep it
Visit records are deleted after one year. Form submissions are kept as long as needed to respond and for our business records.
Service providers
To estimate a visitor's city and state, we send the IP address to a geolocation service (FreeIPAPI). Rental screening is provided by TransUnion SmartMove.
